The Ultraderm spa facial is an indulgent experience that is truly a must-try. This treatment includes a thorough cleanse, deep cleansing with a rotary brush, exfoliation, and advanced chemical exfoliation using the rotary brush technique. It also features diamond microdermabrasion, followed by vacuum suction and extraction. The facial continues with galvanic and high-frequency treatments, culminating in a face mask enhanced with LED light therapy. While the mask is applied, you will enjoy a relaxing hand and foot massage, concluding with a soothing face and scalp massage. What is Vitaran / what are Polynucleotides?

Vitaran is a polynucleotide based skin revitaliser. The ultimate repair system!

Polynucleotides are hailed for their ability to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin, similarly to skin boosters like Seventy Hyal 2000. However, unlike skin boosters, injectable polynucleotides are renowned for their wound-healing and bio-stimulating properties.

Taking a scientific approach to ‘what are polynucleotides’, these injectables employ filtered, ultra-purified, and sterilised DNA fractions with the aim of rejuvenating the skin. Predominantly derived from salmon DNA, polynucleotides are designed to;

It is important to note that polynucleotides do differ from other skin boosters like Profhilo / Seventy Hyal where dewy results show after 7-10 days. It takes time for polynucleotides to work, so patience is key.

Profhilo Structura

I have always been a massive advocate of anything related to Profhilo, as the skin boosters are simply remarkable and provide comprehensive hydration. While I have encountered feedback from some clients, who attend other clinics who felt Profhilo did not work for them, I believe that such experiences may stem from incorrect placement in the dermal layers. When administered properly, Profhilo delivers impressive results consistently. The newest addition, Profhilo Structura, is truly exceptional; I can personally attest to its efficacy, having undergone a course of treatment myself, with visible results appearing within just a few days.

Profhilo Structura is an advanced version of Profhilo that targets the deeper subcutaneous fat layers of the face, aiming to restore lost volume and provide structural support. In contrast, the original Profhilo primarily focuses on hydrating and improving overall skin quality within the superficial dermis layer.

Profhilo Structura is specifically designed to address age-related volume loss and sagging, which can result from the reduction and movement of facial fat pads and weight loss. This innovative treatment activates aging fat cell receptors, encouraging them to regenerate and reposition themselves to a more youthful configuration, resulting in a natural lifting and contouring effect. This procedure is often referred to as "lipolifting" or regenerative aesthetics, highlighting its focus on revitalising the face’s contours on the cheeks and jaw line jowls.

Primarily, Profhilo Structura is applied to the mid-face (cheeks) and jawline areas to combat hollows and the appearance of sagging skin. The formulation boasts a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid (HA) at 90mg/2mL, which surpasses the original Profhilo’s 64mg/2mL, making it more viscous and capable of providing enhanced mechanical support. Profhilo Structura is an advanced injectable treatment that utilises a combination of hyaluronic acid to provide essential structural support to the face. This treatment specifically targets the superficial fat layers, effectively restoring volume and lift. Unlike traditional fillers that merely add volume, Structura focuses on regenerating and repositioning facial fat, counteracting age-related flattening and sagging in areas such as the cheeks and jawline, resulting in a natural-looking enhancement.

A course of two to three initial treatments, spaced approximately four weeks apart, is typically recommended, with maintenance sessions required every six months to sustain the desired effect. The procedure stimulates fat cell regeneration and aids in repositioning existing fat tissue, leading to a more lifted and contoured profile. Furthermore, it not only restores volume but also enhances overall skin quality by improving hydration, firmness, and elasticity, which are vital for a youthful appearance.
